Abstract
This research aims to knowing the results of the evaluation of the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises in Tandun Village and knowing the obstacles that exist in the Village-Owned Enterprises in carrying out their duties, this research is in the form of field research by means of a descriptive survey processed by quantitative interviews, considering the number of population is not too much, the researcher tries to meet source Population of the respondents. Based on the respondents described in the study, the researchers obtained the result data from formulating questionnaires, observations and interviews with an open nature and in-depth interviews to obtain more accurate information. To analyze the data, in this case the data that has been collected are grouped according to each type of data then presented in the form of a narrative interview, processed data on a Likert scale.Furthermore, the data that has been presented in the form of descriptions then interviews in the form of interview narrative, and these observations are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. in the form of descriptive which is described in the form of descriptions that occur in the field, namely, from the results of the discussions that have been carried out, the authors recap the conclusions of 4 indicators of which 3 indicators are Efficiency, Effectiveness and Accuracy which are concluded in the Good Enough category then 1 indicator is Responsiveness in the Unfavorable category. Where the author concludes that both from questionnaires, interviews, and observations of the 4 indicators are considered quite good. So that from the respondent's answer, it can be seen the evaluation of the implementation of the function of village-owned enterprises in Tandun Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. rated Good Enough. So that there is still a need for a better internal performance improvement.
