Abstract
This study aims to analyze the application of SNI (Indonesian National Standard) in maintaining the quality of iodized salt products. The object of this research was done at CV. Jelajah Alam in Kampar district with the company's internal parties totaling 4 people as research informants (sample). Data was collected by interviewing the informants and conducting a literature study. This study uses primary data and secondary data with descriptive analysis methods and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of SNI (Indonesian National Standard) in maintaining the quality of iodized salt products in CV. Jelajah Alam in Kampar district which has been effective, but not yet optimal.
