Abstract

ABSTRACT This research discusses an implementation of a Transmigration Plantation Peoples Plantation scheme between PT. Rigunas Agri Utama with the Bukit Makmur Village Cooperative Unit in Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This partnership is intended to ensure the availability of basic commodities in plantations, the creation of a balanced and fair market price, the creation of an increase in plus value for farmers, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations. This partnership is very much needed by companies, farmers, workers and residents around the plantation area, so it needs to be done with mutual respect, mutual strengthening and mutual benefit. From the above background, the problem studied is How the Implementation of Cooperation Agreement on Oil Palm Plantation Management between PT. Rigunas Agri Utama with the Bukit Makmur Village Cooperative Unit in Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency and How to Form of Default in Implementing the Cooperation Agreement on Oil Palm Plantation Management between PT. Rigunas Agri Utama with the Bukit Makmur Village Cooperative Unit in Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is included in observational research (Non-Doctrinal) or survey. As the title implies, the location of this research is located at PT Rigunas Agri Utama in Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency and Sencano Jaya Village, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Rigunas Agri Utama in this case is represented by Askep Plasma PT. Rigunas Agri Utama, Chairman of the Bukit Makmur Village Unit Cooperative, Member of the Bukit Makmur Village Unit Cooperative who owns a garden, in this case, is the farmer who owns the garden. From this research it can be concluded that the implementation of the partnership agreement between PT. Rigunas Agri Utama did not perform the achievements as stipulated in the agreement The form of default of this Cooperation agreement, namely the Bukit Makmur Village Unit Cooperative, did what it promised, but not as promised, namely by selling part of the Fresh Fruit Bunches harvested by participating farmers to other factories, and this. this is not in accordance with what is stipulated in the agreement. The achievement was not fulfilled in accordance with what was agreed upon due to several things, namely, among others, the determination of the sorting imposed by PT. Rigunas Agri Utama was too high and was not transparent in terms of determining the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches, and the difference in price between PT. Rigunas Agri Utama with other palm oil mills.
