Abstract

The administration of the village is the process of management and regulation letters and other documents related to governance in the village.This research was conducted in the district of minas district of siak. As for the issues discussed from this research is the indication that coaching against the administration of the village government is not optimal as expected, as there is still a lot of books the administration of the village which is not yet fully clear. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of government administration of the village by the district head in the district of minas district of siak. In this study using data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The respondents in this study amounted to 28 people consisting of employees of the office of sub-district and village officials. Then the data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative, that analyzes by providing an overview in as much detail as possible about the implementation of the guidance for the administration of village government based on the existing field and the data is grouped and presented in the form of descriptions or a table is then drawn conclusions and suggestions. Based on this analysis technique, researchers concluded that guidance for the administration of the village government by the district head in the district of minas district of siak is in the interval quite well.
