Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Organizational Performance of the Technical Implementation Unit of Fire Extinguisher in Fire Management in Mandau District. The assessment indicators used include Productivity, Service Quality, Responsibility, and Accountability. This type of research is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and the data collected by this tool is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions and the objectivity of the existence of the objectives at the research location. The population and sample in this studyamounted to 30 people. Types and techniques of data collection used consited of primary data collected using questionaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. Meanswhile, the data analysis technique used is the scoring technique with the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that Analysis of the Organizational Performance of the Fire Fighting Technizal Imeplementation Unit in Fire Management in Mandau Subdistrict is in the Good assessment category. The inhibiting factor is the lack of public awereness to provide quick information to the Fire Brigade Technical ImplementationUnit, the community prioritizes taking photos of fire events rather than providing informatio to the Fire Department. Then the distance is far and prone to congestion, so it is diffcult for the fire department to quickly get to the location of the fire. Then the number of disrict fire fighters at the mandau Distict Technical Implementation Unit is still very inadequate, which only has 30 special field personnel to extinguish the fire because the mandau District Fire Extinguisher Technical Implementation Unit has 2 sub-districts, namely Mandau District and Bathin Solapan District.
