Abstract

In the cooperation agreement between PT. Go-Jekindonesia Pekanbaru branch, Riau with the driver as a partner, the parties must comply with the contents of the agreement. The order distribution system is a system implemented by PT Gojek Indonesia so that drivers get orders evenly. This system emerged because of the priority account system and confused accounts among Gojek partners. This matter which later reaped controversy, especially among Gojek drivers around Pekanbaru, was also due to the absence of notification that the order distribution system was enforced from PT. Go-Jek Indonesia branches in Pekanbaru, Riau and many drivers feel that this order distribution system is unfair and unequal. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of the Equitable System Policy unilaterally is not in accordance with the principle of balance and what is the cause of the absence of notification of the distribution system policy. When viewed from this type of research is empirical. The location of the author's research was directly carried out at the Go-Jek Riau branch office, Pekanbaru at the Dupa stop, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Number 888, Tangkerang Tengah, Marpoyan Damai District. Collecting data from interviews and obtained in books or a report, news and so on. This research is descriptive, meaning that it provides a systematic explanation and aims to provide real and complete data on the problems in this research. The conclusion is that the implementation of the Order Equity System Policy also feels that it is unfair and not in accordance with the principle of balance. A balance will be achieved when the parties agree to bind themselves together without any pressure from any party, in fact many partners do not agree with PT. Go-Jek and most partners feel forced to work under pressure from PT. Go-Jek made a unilateral agreement/policy. And the absence of notification of the Order Equity System for Pekanbaru Riau City drivers on average the drivers were not notified / This order distribution system was implemented suddenly, not in accordance with PT. Go-Jek at point 4.10, the drivers also regret that this system is only one-sided and did not discuss it with all drivers first.
