Abstract

This study aims to discover the Transparency and Accountability of Village Fund Management in Sei Lembu Makmur Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a qualitative method. Colleting data obtained through interviews, observation and documenion. Techniques of data analysis by collecting data, presenting and compiling data so as to produce conclusions. The result of this research is that the village of Sei Lembu Makmur is not accountable because it only fulfills several indicators: implementation, administration, and accountability. Indicators that do not meet the accountability indicators, namely the Sei Lembu Makmur Village planning, have not followed the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018, where the planning does not use the Regent/Mayor Regulation. Reporting is inappropriate because the Village Head does not combine all reports but is the Head of Finance who carry out. The openness of the village government is transparent enough but not optimal. Regarding the information media, Sei Lembu Makmur Village does not have a village website that can be accessed by village communities easily and practicall.
