Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the SMK Negeri 2 Teluk Kuantan restaurant.The total sample of the study was 99 respondents and the sampling method was a purprosive sampling.data analysis in this study used spss 22 by using a simple regression test .service has a positive and significant effect on customer satusfaction at the SMK Negeri 2 Teluk Kuantan.
