Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was all employees at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office as many as 34 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study was to use a saturated sampling technique where the total population was sampled. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction partially affects the OCB of employees at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office. The organization's commitment partially affects the OCB of employees at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an impact on OCB employees at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office..
