Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual (SAR) in Singingi Hilir. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely the staff, processing and non-processing employees totaling 73 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that workload not has a significant negative effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual (SAR) in Singingi Hilir.
