Abstract

Strategy is a process of determining a plan of top leaders that focuses on the long￾term goals of an organization, not only in a business concept strategy can also be implemented in a government institution whether it is a central government, local government, and a village government with the aim to organize and give the ministry to the Community to be alive and to be engaged. The problem raised in a study is how the strategy of the village government in raising an indigenous income of the village as well as a goal to find out the strategy of the Government of the Beringin makmur village prosper and to describe what strategy is done in increasing the village's original income. This research uses qualitative methods to describe the real state of the village government's strategy in increasing the village's indigenous revenue, as well as using the informant withdrawal technique ,snowball of 6 people, consisting of key-informant and informant based on research results using environmental strategy drafting, strategy implementation and Evaluations/control shows that the strategy undertaken by the village government is not fully done in the overall source of the village's original revenue source and there are only 2 strategies implemented and implemented and the absence of the control from a strategy that has been implemented. The obstacles that occur in determining the strategy to increase the village's original income is the lack of resources that are competent in determining a strategy, limited the budget to conduct a strategy in the form of village business, the absence of areas that are worth the strategy such as natural tourist areas so as to rely on the creativity and financial resources of the village. Input and advice from researchers to the village government is the village government should also plan a strategy against other assets that are owned so that all assets that as the source of the village's original income can be maximised and not focused on the assets of the village owned enterprises. The village government is expected to be more agile in determining a strategy to increase the village's original income in order not to rely on assistance from the central government.
