Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of consumer decisions in purchasing Xenia cars at PT. Astra Daihatsu Pekanbaru. Research Benefits: Theoretical Benefits Provide solutions to companies to overcome problems that arise in running their business, especially those related to consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions given by the company in meeting customer satisfaction. Academic Benefits As reference material for other researchers who will continue research, especially which will discuss the problem of purchasing decisions in marketing management Practical Benefits As additional knowledge for the community and can be used as research materials to get input in purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Daihatsu Pekanbaru. Several types of data used are primary and secondary data, data collection techniques are those obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The number of samples obtained from the consumer population as many as 20 people. The sampling method used by the researcher is using a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The conclusion of the research from the whole shows that the opinion of respondents about consumer decisions in buying xenia cars at PT. Astra Daihatsu Pekanbaru is in the good category.
