Abstract

Implementation, Regent regulation,Market Management This study is determine and analyze the implementation of regent regulation Number 193 of 2017 concerning, formation,position, Organizational structure, task, and work prosedures of UPTD Market Management in Siak Regency (Case study of Tanjung Medan Market, Pusako District, Siak Regency). The assesment indicators used include commucation,Rsources, Disposition, Organizational Structure. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and data collectd by this tool is the used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions and the objective of existence. The purpose of the research location. The population and sample in thus research were 26 people.types an data collection teachniquse used consisted of frimary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and scondary were collected using observation. While the data analysis tecahnique used us by using a sampling teachnique. Based on this analysis teachnique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the implementation of the siak Regencyb Regent regulation Number 193 of 2017 concerning te formation, position organizational structure, duties, and work procedures of UPTD market managements in Siak Regency are categorized as moderately Implemented because of the non –strategic market layout and market facilities. Inadequate shops such as kiosks, booths, roads to the public, toilet market, players rooms and ao on, the lack of traders in the tanjung medan market, Dosan Village. Due to the small number of buyers who result in decreased revenue from fees, the village government will make efforts to development of the Tanjung Medan Market, Dosan Villaage, Such as Providing supporting facilities, such kiosk, booths roads to the public toilet market and so on. Then appeal to the public to the shop at dosan market so that market in Dosan Village can develop rapidly
