Abstract

coordination, flood Coordination is about the organization to arrange or activity that rules and action would not conflict or confuse. Pekanbaru City is the area is still common flood. To create the city of Pekanbaru free flooding, friendly environment and awake cleanliness, need to coordination between the Department of Public works and spatial planning office with the Department of Environment and cleanliness service in dealing. This study aims to analyze Communications Process between the Department of Public works and spatial planning office with the Department of Environment and cleanliness service in dealing in addressing the problem of the flood in the Pekanbaru City, especially Tampan District. This research is kualitatif with analysis of the descriptive, and the location of the research is District Tampan. Informants research determined by a snowball sampling. The result of this research is coordination carried out by the Department of Public works and spatial planning office with the Department of Environment and cleanliness service in dealing is the lack of awareness of maintaining the cleanliness of the environment, the development of the settlement and the shopping matters no heed the rules of true, lack of the budget due to rasionalisasi for the control of the flood, there is not handle of the flood plan master.
