Abstract
This study aims to develop an integrated electronic module Biology with the values of the Qur'an on biodiversity material for class X SMA/MA students by using the Research and development. However, in this study only up to the stage of development (Development). The results of validation by material experts indicate that the developed Biology electronic module is very valid to be used in the learning process with an average percentage of 93.75%. The results of the validation by media experts show that the developed electronic module is very valid to be used in the learning process with an average percentage of 95%. The results of validation by experts in the interpretation of the Qur'an show that the developed electronic module is very valid to be used in the learning process with an average percentage of 100%. The results of the validation by the teacher showed that the electronic module developed with an average percentage of 97.98% with very valid criteria was used in the learning process. Then, response of students from three schools with an average percentage of 94.41% (Very Good). Based on the validation results from Biology experts and teachers along with student responses, it was found that the integrated Biology electronic module, the values of the Qur'an, was categorized as very valid for use in the learning process and the results of student responses were Very well.
