Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze whether the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the cassava chips business in Cipta Rasa in Air Emas Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study were consumers and resellers of cassava chips using the Accidental Sampling Technique as a sampling technique, amounting to 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS 26 which contains the T test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Cassava Cipta Rasa business in Air Emas Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency.
