Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER MODEL ON STDUENTS DISCIPLINE AT ISLAMIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL MUHSININ RIMBA MELINTANG ROKAN HILIR REGENCY NURAINI SAFITRI 172410118 This research was motivated by the lack of students’ discipline at Islamic Senior High School Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Rokan Hilir Regency. It could be seen from students came late to school, they did not do homework, then, they came late to do shalat and also spin a yard when study. In reality, students should have high discipline, because it was useful in learning process. Research problem in this research questioned about is there any influence of teacher’s model on students’ discipline at Islamic Senior High School Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose in this research examined to know the influence of teacher’s model on students’ discipline at Islamic Senior High School Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Rokan Hilir Regency. This research used quantitative design with correlational approach. The population involved 48 students’ class XII, and all of them are sample in this research because they were less than 100 students. The data collection used questionnaire and documentation. The research finding showed that the hypothesis was accepted and it meant that there was any influence of teacher’s model on students’ discipline with significant score 0.000 ant it less than 0.05. the influence score (0.703 or 70.3%) classified into strong influence. It could be predicted that when teacher’s model was increased, it would give contribution to increase students’ discipline in 0.838 or 83.8%. vice versa, when teacher model was decreased, and it made students’ discipline would be decreased in 0.838 or 83.8%. it could be concluded that there was any strong influence between teacher’s model toward students’ discipline at Islamic Senior High School Muhsinin Rimba Melintang Rokan Hilir Regency.
