Abstract

This research was motivated by the development of this era, Indonesia society more interested in buying or consume sharia labelled product. Then, with this phenomenon could form sharia economic characteristics, such as sharia property developer startup especially in Pekanbaru, that was Winwon property that used sharia contract and transaction used istishna' contract. Istishna' contract was trading contract between buyer and seller, where goods specification and goods price deal in the beginning. This research was field research by using qualitative approach. Research formulation in this research questioned how the implementation of istishna' trading contract sharia property at Winwon property Pekanbaru. In getting valid data, researcher used primer and secondary data. The method used in collecting data by using observation, interview and documentation. Then the data was analyzed and draw conclusion. Researcher used interview to seven respondents. Based on research finding, it could concluded that Winwon property Pekanbaru used istishna' contract in its transaction used two payment methods that was cash and credit. The use of istishna' contract profitable for developer and customer because the house definitely bought and it would not wasteful.
