Abstract

The purpose in this research described the strategy in Memorizing Al-Qur’an that was applied by education scholarship students Tahfizh program, described supporting factors and obstacles in memorizing Al-Qur’an process and described positive impact to others. This research was a qualitative research with data collection technique used observation, interview, and documentation. The object in conducting this research that was strategy in memorizing Al-Qur’an education scholarship students Tahfizh Program at Islamic University of Riau year 2019/2020. This research finding showed that the strategy in memorizing AlQur’an that was applied by education scholarship students program tahfizh that they did not forward to next ayat until they memorized well. Besides, the obstacles came from carnality, mood condition, and listened to music. The implication that came by education scholarship students Tahfizh Program was motivate their friend that was not memorize Al-Qur’an to start their memorizing
