Abstract

The implementation of Village development based on the Village Fund Allocation provides progress in Village development but in reality the Village Fund allocation is still not right on target in its use in accordance with Village development planning so that the use of the Alokasih Village Fund is not on target according to the wishes of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of development in the use of village fund allocations in Koto Baru Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the constraints of implementing development in the use of village fund allocations in Koto Baru Village Singingi Hilir Regency, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods with data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research on Development Implementation in the Use of Village Fund Allocation in Koto Baru Village have been carried out but have not been maximally in accordance with the Village development planning, in this case the Village Fund Allocation has not been directed to the needs Village Development and towards Village Development. However, the authors suggest to the Village Head that the determination of the allocation of the use of Village Funds is right on target according to the needs of the Village, the use of Village fund allocations based on Village development planning deliberations, and the need for Village government cooperation. with the Village Government. Village communities in efforts to manage Village Fund Allocation.
