Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF MOTIVATION ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES IN PRODUCTION OF OKKY JELLY DRINK AT PT. SUNTORY GARUDA BEVERAGE SIAK HULU KAMPAR REGENCY BY Hary Dasriyanto NPM 1752 10921 This research was conducted at PT Suntory Garuda Beverage Siak Hulu , Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study aims to analyze the motivation and work productivity of employees in the production division and to determine the relationship between motivation and work productivity of employees in the production division at PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage . The population in this study were all permanent employees of the production division of Okky Jelly Drink at PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. This study uses primary data sources and data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study was to test the instrument (test validity and reliability), simple regression analysis test, t test, and test the correlation coefficient and determination (R 2 ). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that motivation has a significant effect on work productivity of employees of the Okky Jelly Drink production section at PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Siak Hulu, Kampar district.
