Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media on sales at Aviani's online shop. The results of this study found that there was a significant influence of Instagram social media on the sale of Bangkok clothes at Aviani's online shop. From the value of the t test (partial) it is known that the social media variable instragram has a positive and significant influence on sales. To continue to increase sales, entrepreneurs must make new breakthroughs that are contemporary, because customers who shop come from various ages and backgrounds. It is necessary to evaluate promotions for customers, so that existing promotions can reach and be known to all customers to shop. The active role of the admin in providing information to customers who comment on Instagram accounts, in order to convince customers to buy products at Aviani's online shop. .
