Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Subur Arum Makmur Kampar Regency. The samples in this study are all employees of PT. Subur Arum Makmur administration field as many as 36 people used as analysis materials. The concept of variable compensation consists of two dimensions including direct and indirect financial compensation. Performance variables consist of four dimensions consisting of quality of work, quantity of work, consistency and attitude. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The method used is the saturated sampling method. Data is processed using SPPS statistics 25.0 program. The results showed that there was a significant influence between compensation on employee performance at PT. Subur Arum Makmur.
