Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customers' interest in saving at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru City Branch. This research was conducted with a descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 100 customers. From the results of the study note that the variable quality of service has a significant effect on the variable interest in saving. While the promotion variable also has a significant effect on the saving interest variable. R2 value of 0.277 shows that 27.7% of changes to should be determined by the independent variable, namely service quality and customer decision variables in saving at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru City Branch while 77.3% is again determined by other factors not observed in this study.
