Abstract

ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE OFFICE OF THE KELAYANG SUB-DISTRICT, INDRAGIRI HULU DISTRICT (STUDY OF SERVICES OF RECOMMENDATION LETTER FOR ESTABLISHMENT LETTER) ABSTRACT BY ROBI SUGARA This study aims to determine and analyze the Public Service at the Kelayang District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Public service assessment indicators used include service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products and infrastructure. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, which prioritizes a list of questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population and sample in this study amounted to 49 people. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews and observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Public Service Analysis at the Kelayang Sub-district Office, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency (Study of Service Recommendation Letters for Building Permits) was categorized as Good Enough.
