Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of infrastructure development in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The assessment indicators used include Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Motivating (Motivating), Controlling (controlling), and Evaluating (Evaluating). Type of qualitative research. The data comes from the results of interviews and observations. The informants in this study consisted of the Wonosari Village Head, Wonosari Village Secretary, and the Head of the BPD. Based on research conducted on the Management of Infrastructure Development in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, it can be concluded that planning related to Infrastructure Development in Wonosari Village is in line with the RPJMD of Bengkalis Regency and in the preparation of development plans always involves elements of the community. The organizing process for Infrastructure Development in Wonosari Village begins with the preparation of a village expenditure budget. The form of providing motivation to employees in doing their work in managing infrastructure development in Wonosari Village is in the form of giving praise and encouragement. The form of supervision related to the management of infrastructure development in Wonosari Village is carried out in the form of fieldwork. The form of evaluation in the management of infrastructure development in Wonosari Village is carried out in several stages, namely the implementation of the supervision stage and the accountability stage
