Abstract

ABSTRACT Sindi Ramadhan, 2020. The Contribution of Arm Muscle Strength and Hand Eye Coordination to the Ability to Pass on Volleyball in Extracurricular Participants at Siak Hulu State High School 3. This research was conducted on volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu who helped 16 people. This study aims to study the contribution of wrist and hand and eye muscles to the volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu. While the type of research used in this study is conversion. The research instrument used was a push up test, a baseball throwing test and a graduation test for volleyball. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing obtained, for the contribution of muscle strength to passing over volleyball or X1 variables to Y obtained rcount <rtable or 0.272<0.541, for eye and hand coordination of the ability to pass through volleyball or variable X2to Y obtained rcount<rtable or 0.221 <0.541, while to approve the strength of muscles and legs and hands against the ability to pass over volleyball or varibael X1, X2 to Y is obtained rcount <rtable or 0.290<0.541 to the ability to pass over the volleyball While supporting the passing ability of extracurricular high school volleyball students Negeri 3 Siak Hulu is 8% and the remaining 92% is influenced by other factors.
