Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of village income and expenditure budgets in realizing transparency and accountability inBagan Jaya village. The problem raised in this study is how to manage the village income and expenditure budget in Bagan Jaya village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of managing the village income and expenditure budget in Bagan Jaya village and to find out what are the obstacles in managing the village income and expenditure budget in Bagan Jaya village. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods to explore and understand what village reveneu and expenditure management is like. Indicators of this study are planning, implementation,administration, reporting and accountability. While the data analysis technique used is by PERMENDAGRI No. 20 2018. Based on this analysis technique the researcher knows the analysis, the actual management of the village income and expenditur budget in its implementation is still less efficient and effective, this is reinforced from the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers directly to the field.
