Abstract
EVALUATION OF REGIONAL REGULATION OF PEKANBARU CITY NUMBER 08 OF 2011 CONCERNING RURAL EARTH AND RURAL BUILDINGS IN RUMBAI DISTRICT, PEKANBARU CITY ABSTRACT Thesis entitled "Evaluation of the Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 08 of 2011 Concerning Land and Building Taxes in Rural and Urban Areas in Rumbai District of Pekanbaru City" by Resky Suganda Mubaraq. This thesis suggests to know how the implementation of the Building Land Tax Policy in the District of Rumbai, Pekanbaru City, whether it has been approved is done well or not. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the Building Land Tax Policy. This problem is appropriate to occur in the field using the type of research used in this research is descriptive with Quantitative, that is, research conducted on large or small populations, the data studied are data from samples taken from the research, found related events, and related data. data collected as a basis for collection. How Research on the Implementation of Building Land Tax Policy in Rumbai District in Pekanbaru City is quite good in its presentation. In this research, there are inhibiting factors. How the Implementation of Building Land Tax Policy in the District of Rumbai, Pekanbaru City is the number of employees in the services provided to buildings that have not satisfied the community in determining the building land tax. This is due to the reduction in the number of officers and the determination of building land tax required by officers to fulfill the task of carrying out their duties in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City
