Abstract
This study aims to determine the objective level of quality of health services at the Siak Health Center Siak District Siak Regency Sri Indrapura. Service assessment indicators used include reabilitas (reliability), jaminan (assurance), bukti fisik (tangibles), empati (emphaty), and ketanggapan (responsiveness). The type of research located at Siak Health Center Siak District Siak Regency Sri Indrapura this is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at a conscientious location. There are two population groups and the sample in this study are employees, which numbered 40 people and the community, which amounted to infinity. The people in this case are those who come for treatment at the Siak Health Center. The sample size determined from these two population groups is 20 and 30 people. The sampling technique used in establishing individual samples is Accidental Sampling for groups of people. Types and data collection techniques used consist of, primary data collected using questionnaire and interview lists and secondary techniques collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the quality of health services at the Siak Community Health Center in Siak Sub-district, Siak Sri Indrapura District was at a fairly good assessment interval. Recommendations that need to be taken into consideration are especially concerned with waiting room chairs and air conditioners to improve the comfort of the community while waiting for the service process to take place.
