Abstract

The ease with which goods and services are offered is very real to people. Buying and selling is now familiar to the ears of the public, as it is with online trading systems that provide the population with youth to achieve the desired goods. Even today, businesses are flourishing both in the areas of hobbies and in the everyday activities of meeting needs, which has led to the growth of technology in the marketplace. The basic problem in this study is: 1. Whether ujrah (wages) of services on the market is in accordance with the procedures for sale to islamic law? 2. How does islamic law view selling services online? The study USES qualitative methods to obtain data from interviews. That would be the background of a scientific study entitled a review of services based on the practice of selling goods online from a legal standpoint of islamic law on @bibistuff.id. The aim is to know the arrangement for ujrah (wages) in the online support activities and the view from islamic law on selling goods online to @bibistuff.id. The research methods used are empirical research methods through descriptive behavior by direct research to joint owners of joint banking accounts online, as well as interview with those from @bibistuff account. An id told me about a high-end service service he did online. Legal matters are discussed further through islamic law approaches. As for the conclusion that can be drawn, Islam allows online buying and selling according to muamamies which apply, but in this case, wages that already belong to the sale price are included in the bust which is banned in the islamic system.
