Abstract
ABSTRACT IMELDA PUTRYANSYAH (164210122). Business Analysis and Marketing Development Strategy of Kemojo Bolu in Tangkerang Selatan Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City (Case Study on Cik Puan Business). Guidance of Mr. Darus, SP., M.MA The agricultural sector is a way of providing raw materials in agro-industry (agroindustry ) one of them agroindustry sponge kemojo . This study was conducted in may 2020 october 2020.This study aims to to analyze: ( 1 ) characteristic businessmen and business kemojo profile sponge, ( 2 ) supporting obtaining raw materials and materials, processing technology, the, income, business, efficiency and added value of ( 3 ) sponge kemojo marketing development strategy.Methods used method of surveying.Rensponden done in the census 2 to 1 the businessmen and workers in cik puan business in urban villages tangkerang selatan kecamatan the raya kota pekanbaru.The data collected consisting of primary and secondary data: descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis. he research results show ( 1 ) that the characteristics of age to sponge entrepreneurs kemojo is age 49 in while mean labor 23 years, 12 year old education while education mean labor 12 years, 3 with families for the entrepreneurs mean labor not with responsibility for business entrepreneurs and experience 13 in while business experience mean labor 4,5 year.Profile cik puan business on year 2007 until now had to and already license, of their capital from banks, scales of scales business households by using the labor 2. 2 ) the use of sponge 5 kg raw kemojo wheat flour / process of producing, the use of supporting rp of 198.575 / process of producing, technology to be used still simple, total rp 319.020, gross income rp 1.020.000 / process of producing and net income rp 700.980 / process of producing, added value obtained rp 149.500 / kg, rcr who receive is 2,20.( 3 ) based on business development strategy agroindutri kemojo business sponge stated that is a quadrant i so can keep so strategy, maintain product quality are to increase satisfaction consumers and maintain prices products that remain see market information accessible.
