Abstract
ABSTRACT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARIA MARKETING IN INCREASING UMROH APLICANT NUMBER AT PT. PENJURU WISATA NEGERI PEKANBARU BY RADNA SINGGAR NAULI 162310035 PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri was a travel agent for umroh and hajj. In increasing the number of umroh and hajj number, PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri used sharia marketing. The effort which was done to attract nominee of umroh and hajj applicant. In Islam, the marketing strategy must be suitable with the rule or law requirement based on Al Qur’an and As Sunnah. The research problem was how to explain the implementation of sharia marketing in increasing applicant number at PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri. The purpose in this research was to know the implementation of sharia marketing to applicant. The theoretical framework was to increase the umroh and hajj applicant number at PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri Travel Agency influenced by the implementation of sharia marketing at PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri Pekanbaru. The population in this research was the head of sharia marketing division at Pekanbaru, meanwhile the sample in this research used total sampling, where the population became sample. Then, the data collection was analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Based on the result of data analysis in interview with the head of marketing division at PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri Pekanbaru could be concluded that sharia marketing referred to the program which was done in marketing strategy such as monitoring and direct companion from PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri classified in enough category to increase the performance and services and evaluating the performance must be improved to increase the number of applicants. The suggestion to PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri Pekanbaru was to have working motivation, the punishment strategy in this PT gave the positive role in management.
