Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Guidance Against Nazhir at the Indonesian Waqf Board in Riau Province In Review According to Law No. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf The law regulates the tasks that must be carried out by nazhir such as administering waqf assets, managing and developing assets. waqf property in accordance with its purpose, function and designation, supervising and protecting waqf property, reporting on the implementation of duties to the Indonesian Waqf Board. This study uses a qualitative method with a field approach (Field research), which is a study that examines objects in the field to obtain clear and concrete data and descriptions of matters relating to the problems studied. In accordance with this type of research, data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. In this study, qualitative data were reviewed and analyzed based on applicable regulations. The results of this study indicate the role of BWI in carrying out the guidance of Nazhir in Riau Province according to Law Number 41 of 2004. This can be seen from Nazhir who carries out his role based on 4 (four) sides of Article 11 of Law Number 41 of 2004. This is also due to a lack of understanding of the applicable laws and regulations and is shown by the occurrence of several factors that affect Nazhir's role in Riau Province.
