Abstract

The practice of indigenous marriages in the village of the pinang river has been reduced to a peak of indigenous indigenous practices in the region but over time the customs and customs of the pinang river village have been reduced to a level of attention, one of the provisions for the indigenous marriage in the village of the pinang river district district. The research problem is, how is the provision for indigenous marriages in the pinang river village of reduce pujud district. This research includes an empirical legal study in which the authors are on the ground to collect the data that will provide the research. The nature of this study is descriptive, or descriptive, that it defines or describes the existing reality of the practice of marriage in the people of the pinang river village. Studies have found that the requirements for formal marriage ina marriage are rooted in age-old customs and beliefs, and that before other religions in Indonesia have been adopted and have always been carried out.
