Where sasuku marriage in Minangkabau custom is not a problem in Islam itself, but is only prohibited by Minangkabau custom. With this, the community does not care about customary norms regarding sasuku marriage. Because of that thought, at this time there are still Minangkabau people who violate this customary rule, not only ordinary people who do it, there is even a cleric who does this sasuku marriage. Based on the results of the study that the implementation is not in accordance with Islamic law because in the Qur'an and hadith there is no prohibition on the marriage of one tribe. Where Sasuku marriage is a marriage that is prohibited in Minangkabau customs because the Minangkabau people consider people who are Sasuku to be people of one blood according to Matrilineal, Sekaum, even though they are from different villages but have the same tribe, they are still considered one blood.
