Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at CV. Mido Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at CV.Mido Pekanbaru, while the sample used was 34 respondents, namely all employees of CV.Mido Pekanbaru. The research technique used the Non-probability sampling technique with the census method. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used the instrument test, simple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely the t test (partial) and determination (R2). The results showed that partially the workload had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of CV. Mido Pekanbaru with t count 8,038> t table 1,693. Meanwhile, the contribution given by workload to employee performance was 0.669 or 66.9%.
