Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Coffee Break Marketing Communications in Building a Brand Image" is motivated by the increasing number of coffee lovers and many coffee shops currently located in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to find out about the Brand Image of Rest Coffee through IMC activities. The location of this research was carried out in Pekanbaru City because of the large number of Coffee Shops that were open. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, where the subject of this study is 6 people who are related to Rehat Coffee and analyze what efforts are made in building a brand image. The results of the study explain that the IMC activities carried out by Rehat Coffee regarding their Brand Image have carried out Integrated Marketing Communication activities by utilizing and running all promotional media, both promotional media that are carried out directly through employees, or through Instagram social media. Rest Coffee can build a brand image in the eyes of customers and the public.
