Abstract

THE EFFECT OF TEACHERS 'DISCIPLINE ON STUDENT LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN SMK DWI DHARMA SALO NEFRI DINI ANGGRAINI FKIP Accounting Education Study Program, Riau Islamic University Advisor: Dra. Tity Hastuti, M.Pd ABSTRACT This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to determine the effect of teacher work discipline on student achievement in entrepreneurship subjects at Dwi Dharma Salo Middle School and to find out how much influence teacher work discipline has on student achievement in entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Dwi Dharma Salo. The subjects in this study were all students of class XI and XII at SMK Dwi Dharma Salo, totaling 78 students. The variables used in this study are teacher work discipline as the independent variable and learning achievement as the dependent variable. The data collection technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The test results using SPSS show that the sig value for the variable teacher work discipline (2.164) so ​​that it can be concluded that there is an effect of teacher work discipline on student achievement at SMK Dwi Dharma Salo. The result of the silmutan test shows that the significant value is 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of teacher work discipline on student achievement at SMK Dwi Dharma Salo. The results of the calculation of the determinant coefficient, it is known that the magnitude of the influence of X on Y is 0.58 or 58%, while the students are 42%. It is known that other factors are not disclosed in the study.
