Abstract

The high interest of the people of Pekanbaru City to play the game HIGHS DOMINO so that it has an impact on the many practices of buying and selling HIGHS DOMINO conducted by various groups in the city of Pekanbaru. Elsewhere in Indonesia has issued an MUI regulation that the game is haram, but it is banned Pekanbaru City does not yet have such a rule, so many parties think it's normal. The main problem of this research is how is the implementation of The Practice of Buying and Selling Chips highs domino in Pekanbaru City? And How Buying and Selling Chips highs domino in the Perspective of Islamic Law in Pekanbaru City? The research method used in this research is by using observational research, with data collection techniques, namely: by interview. Judging from the nature of this research, including research descriptive, namely research that provides a detailed and clear description about the main research problem.
