Abstract

The Buluhcina village has a forest of indigenous tourist attraction established by the governor of riau, but many tools of infrastructure and tourism have not fully implemented conservation concepts according to green travel concepts, so a strategy should be developed for the Buluhcina village asa green tourist village. The purpose of this study is the development of a Buluhcina village development strategy as a green tourist village. The study employed combinations that combined qualitative and quantitative methods with descriptive formats. At the first target is using qualitative methods to describe general images of village tourist tryouts and quantitative methods to describe the amount of data of tools and infrastructure. The secondary objective USES qualitative methods to describe the components that support and inhibitors for village development. On the third point using the swot method of analysis to determine a strategy for developing the Buluhcina village asa green tourist village. Analysis shows much of the potential for tourism in the Buluhcina village as natural reserves, fishing plants and streams of fish, saltwater production and industrialization. Components that provide a contributing factor include environmental preservation activities, cultural social preservation activities, economic conservation activities, idgings, parking areas, food stalls and feeding areas, accessibility to villages, provincial policies and obstructions as to clean water, public toilets, aciades in the villages, village tourism and anciliay policies. There are several environmentally friendly and natural development strategies that can be taken in the Buluhcina village to implement a strategy for planning the development of Buluhcina village for green Tours, for the creation of the organization/body of Buluhcina Tours by the Buluhcina village government, to improve the means and tourist infrastructure of the green reed village, Providing both socialization and science to the community-related green tourism communities, including government, stakeholders and communities in taking part in the development of the Buluhcina village
