Abstract

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT AFFECT EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AT PT. PANCA SURYA GARDEN ABSTRACK Oleh : Lindawati Saragih This study aims to determine the factors which affect to employees motivation at PT. Panca Surya Garden an also the most dominant factors that affecting the employees motivation for working at PT. Panca Surya Garden. The indicators of this research are physical needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, “self-actualization”. The type of research is located on Jl. Kubang Raya, Kubang Jaya, Kec, Siak Hulu, Kab. Kampar, Riau is a descriptive quantitative survey. The population of PT. Panca Surya Garden employee is 135 people with the sample is 30 people, and the sample is taken by Insendental Sampling. Type and data source which primary and secondary data used, whereupon collecting the data through questionnaire and interview spreading. From the data which have collected, the writer identify and group it by descriptive analysis method, that is by researching the data in the field. The results of the research analysis of factors that influence employee motivation at PT. Panca Surya Garden are seen from 5 indicators, included as salary, bonus, work safety, health insurance, good relations with leaders, giving gifts and advice are categorized in the "Good Enough" category. This is because there are some employees who do not get the motivation to work properly by PT. Panca Surya Garden. Furthermore, giving awards in the form of appreciation is carried out by selecting employees every 6 months. This thing will improve employee motivation to work. The conclusion of the results study is in accordance with the recapitulation of respondents' answers in the "Good Enough" category. The writer uggestion is improve the perspective on giving work motivation to employees in order to improve employee performance.
