Abstract
THE EFFECT OF WORK ETHOS AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT RENGAT STATE COURT By: WAN FAUZI KURNIAWAN 185210260 Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Rengat District Court. The population in this study were 34 employees. Sampling using the census method so that all the population is made up of 34 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, f test and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that work ethic and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rengat District Court. The level of relationship between the two variables in the strong category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
