Abstract

THE EFFECT OF INTERNET FINANCIAL REPORTING, WEBSITE INFORMATION DISCLOSURE LEVEL, NUMBER OF SHARES AND SHARE CLOSING PRICE ON SHARE TRADING FREQUENCY OF SERVICE INDUSTRY SECTOR BY: SRI WAHYUNI PUJI LESTARI 165210078 ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the effect of Internet Financial Reporting. The level of website information disclosure, the number of shares outstanding, the closing stock price of the trading frequency of service industry companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely as many as 11 sample companies. The results of the effect of Internet Financial Reporting and the closing stock price have a significant effect on the frequency of stock trading, while the level of website information disclosure and the number of outstanding share prices show that there is no significant effect on the frequency of stock trading. It can be said that when the company performs all these independent variables it will influence and can attract investors to invest or buy shares in the company easily and guaranteed because of the reliable information from the company.
