Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction with Telkomsel's starter pack in Talang Muandau District. Research questionnaires were distributed to 85 respondents representing several demographic characteristics, such as gender, age and occupation. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that service quality, price and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the use of Telkomsel starter packs in Talang Muandau District. However, the results of this study also indicate that there is still a need for improvements to improve quality which has an impact on satisfaction so that success can be achieved in the future.
