Abstract

This research was conducted in the village Terbangiang Bandar Petalangan subdistrict Pelalawan district. Because in this village there are implementation corporate social responsibility PT. Arara Abadi in community development. The purpose of this research is to find out implementation corporate social responsibility PT. Arara Abadi in community development in the village Terbangiang Pelalawan district and what are the inhibiting factors in implementation corporate social responsibility PT. Arara Abadi in community development in the village Terbangiang Pelalawan district. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be found that implementation corporate social responsibility PT. Arara Abadi in community development in the village Terbangiang Pelalawan district through mechanisms such as collect data on the recipients of the aid, select the recipients of assistance, distribution of assistance to the community and carry out supervision of the recipient community. while the inhibiting factors in implementation corporate social responsibility PT. Arara Abadi in community development in the village Terbangiang Pelalawan district is lack of awareness on the part of the company to carry out corporate social responsibility. And the lack of public understanding of corporate social responsibility.
