Abstract

THE EFFECT OF PERCEPTION OF ONLINE LEARNING IMPLEMENTATION ON LEARNING DISCIPLINE STUDENTS IN IPS DEPARTMENT OF SMA NEGERI 2 KUOK Diah Rahmadana Universitas Islam Riau ABSTRACT This type of research is a descriptive research with an explanatory quantitative approach which aims to determine the effect of perceptions of the implementation of online learning on the learning discipline of students in the Social Studies major at SMA Negeri 2 Kuok. The subjects in this study were all social studies class students of SMA Negeri 2 Kuok, totaling 72 students. The variables used in this study were the perception of the implementation of online learning as the independent variable and student learning discipline as the dependent variable. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The results of the test using the SPSS program are known to have a significant value of the online learning perception variable of 0.000 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the perception of online learning on the learning discipline of students majoring in Social Studies at SMA Negeri 2 Kuok. The results of the calculation of the determinant coefficient, it is known that the magnitude of the influence of online learning perceptions on student learning discipline variables is 0.580 or in a percentage of 58% that online learning perceptions affect student learning discipline. While the remaining 42% is influenced by other factors not found in this study.
