Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether the production of sago crackers produced can provide maximum benefits. The data used in this study was obtained from observations. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the simplex method. The results of this study showed that production optimization can maximize profits in the SAGINDA SAGINDA Sagising Saginda Sago Cracker business in Kuantan Singingi Regency by producing every week 320 packs of large-size sago crackers, and 1500 packs of small-size sago crackers with a total profit of Rp.1,400,000 where the increase in profits obtained by 21% is as much as Rp.300,000 from its factual condition.
