Abstract
This study is motivated by the people in Pekanbaru City who use mobile banking services of Islamic banks. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that influence people's decisions to use mobile banking services of Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City. The type of this study is field research with quantitative methods. The population of the study is the people in Pekanbaru City who use mobile banking services of Islamic banks, and the sample of the study consists of 384 respondents. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data calculation process is performed by SPSS for windows 23.0. The results of the study show that the factors influencing people’s decisions are personal factor 4,850, social factor 9,809, cultural factor 12,304 and psychological factor 5,441. The four independent variables together have a significant influence on people's decisions to use mobile banking services of Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City. From the four independent variables, the most dominant factor influencing people's decisions to use mobile banking services of Islamic banks in Pekanbaru City is the cultural factor (X3), which can be seen from t-count > t-table or 12.304 > 1.966243.
