Abstract

In the collective work agreement of the PTPN V Sei Galuh unit, it is necessary to arrange the wording in the collective work agreement to serve as a guideline for employers and workers to implement the agreement in the collective work agreement, then the PTPN V Sei Galuh unit and the plantation company-level labor union PTPN V Sei Galuh The unit believes that it should determine the terms of the collective labor agreement. The PTPN V Collective Labor Agreement The Sei Galuh unit has all issues involving the relationship between employer and employee. The main problem in this research is how is the implementation of the collective labor agreement regarding working time in terms of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment at PTPN V Sei Galuh Unit and what are the factors that influence the Collective Labor Agreement at PTPN V Sei Galuh Unit. types of empirical and sociological legal research that can use qualitative and descriptive data on the one hand, on the other hand quantitative research that uses questionnaires in collecting data using interviews, sampling techniques, data sources, data collection methods, and data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of the questionnaire is dominated by the good category as many as 8 respondents who choose the good category with a percentage of 50%. The workers at PTPN V Sei Galuh Unit implementation of time work agreements based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower have been good, although with the need for improvements in various aspects. The factors that influence the collective work agreement at PTPN V Sei Galuh Unit consist of the existence of an element of work, the existence of wages or pay, strikes, the role of the government, the willingness of the company.
